📦 Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is officially dispatched when it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location. Please see the estimated shipping times for your country below:

Please note: During busy seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery times.


📍 Order Changes & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@uneasyfeet.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If our system detects an address issue, our team will contact you within 3 business days for verification.
  • If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order to prevent shipping issues.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.


⏳ Delayed Delivery

We strive to deliver your order on time, but in some cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Shipping carrier delays (weather disruptions, transit issues, customs processing)
  • Address verification problems or payment processing delays
  • High order volumes during peak seasons

If your order is delayed, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will do our best to assist you.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact us at hello@uneasyfeet.com, and we will do our best to assist you. However, once an order is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.

Here’s what you should do:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it on your behalf.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost package claim.
  3. Let us know, and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note: Uneasy Feet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases do not qualify for refunds. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
