At Uneasy Feet, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that support better foot alignment and comfort. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and are still within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@uneasyfeet.com to initiate a return.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to make changes.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that Uneasy Feet products work, and we encourage you to give them at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the item within 60 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • To speed up the process, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.

Damaged Items

We take great care in securely packaging our products, but in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.

  • A damaged item is considered one that arrives with a defect or is physically broken.
  • Minor damage to packaging (dented boxes, etc.) does not qualify as a damaged product if the item inside is intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@uneasyfeet.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Couriers or postal services
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Other factors beyond our control

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Uneasy Feet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or a resend.
